Want to participate ? It's really easy:

1) Take the LANG.pot (translation template) from the PO Archive:
http://bitbucket.org/MaKra/klear/src/tip/po/LANG.pot
2) Fill in your translation to the empty fields of LANG.po
  (You can use a normal text editor or KBabel)
3) Rename that pot file to LANG.po
  (e.g. ru.po for Russian or fi.po for Finnish)
4) Send that file to developers AT klear D0T ORG

That's all. Really easy ;-)
